1. Prohibited services
Jantr must never be used to advertise, offer, arrange or request sexual services, or to facilitate prostitution, human trafficking, or the exploitation of anyone, including minors. We remove offending accounts immediately and report suspected trafficking or child exploitation to law enforcement.
You also may not use Jantr to offer:
- services you aren't licensed, registered or qualified to provide where the law requires it;
- illegal goods or services, or services that put people at risk of harm;
- anything misleading about who provides a service, their qualifications, or what it costs.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Storing health or medical records, or asking clients to enter health information.
- Harassing, threatening or discriminating against clients, team members or anyone else.
- Sending spam or messages people haven't agreed to receive.
- Making fake bookings, or booking to collect people's information.
- Uploading content you don't have rights to, or that is unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit.
- Accessing accounts or data you aren't authorized to access, probing or attacking our systems, or bypassing security or rate limits.
- Scraping, copying or reselling Jantr or its data, or using it to build a competing product.
3. Reporting
If you see a business or booking page that breaks this policy, use Report a concern (also linked from every booking page) or email contact@jantr.com. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate reports and suspected violations, remove content, unpublish booking pages, suspend or close accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. We act in proportion to the seriousness of the issue and, where safe and lawful, tell the account owner and give them a chance to respond.
